Your product page,
and the ads that bring
people back to it.
Two jobs, one production run. Video on the product page so the visitor stops comparing, and enough distinct cuts behind it that your retargeting audience is not shown the same film for six months.
Straight off the pass. Both cuts started as a product photograph.
Cooked for

A Shopify catalogue needs video in two places, and they are not the same asset. On the product page it has to answer the question a photograph cannot: scale, texture, how the thing is used. In the ads that retarget that page it has to be different every time, because the retargeting pool is the smallest and most frequently exposed audience you own. Ogamama produces both from the product photography already in your catalogue, per SKU, at catalogue scale.
01 / What ships
Product page video
One cut per SKU in 16:9 and 1:1, muted-legible, captioned, sized to load without hurting your page speed.
Meta and Reels
9:16 cuts, three to five distinct variants per SKU so the retargeting audience sees a new film each week, not a new frequency count.
Google Shopping and Performance Max
Feed-safe cuts in the three orientations Google asks for, so you supply the video instead of letting the platform generate one from your assets.
Seasonal re-cuts
The same SKU, re-dressed for the season or the promotion, without a second shoot.
02 / Why it moves the number
-45%
Conversion likelihood by the fourth repeat exposure to the same creative, decaying from the first repeat. Retargeting is where this bites hardest: small audience, high frequency.
Analytics at Meta, 202330 June 2026
Since that date Google Shopping serves the product video you submit in Merchant Center. In Performance Max, if you do not supply video in three orientations, Google generates it for you.
Google Merchant Center and Google Ads documentation, 2026The uncomfortable part is the second figure. Google will put a video on your product whether or not you made one. The only question left is whose.
03 / The bottleneck
Creative is the last lever.
And you cannot feed it.
Targeting was taken away. What decides an account now is how many distinct assets you can put into the auction, and that number is capped by production, not by budget.
04 / The proof
One photograph in.
A year of creative out.
The same single file produces a demo, a testimonial, a turntable, a seasonal re-cut and eleven localised variants. Different films, one SKU, one brand.

Day 5, then monthly07 / Questions
Do you deliver files or do you publish them?
Files, named per SKU and per placement, in the formats each destination expects. Most teams want to keep publishing in their own hands, and a studio that touches your storefront is a studio you have to trust with more than video.
Will product page video slow the store down?
Only if it is delivered wrong. Cuts ship compressed to the size they are actually displayed at, with a poster frame, so the video weighs less than the hero image on most themes.
How many variants does a retargeting audience actually need?
More than most accounts run and fewer than a panic buy. A reasonable floor is three to five distinct films per hero SKU per month. The constraint has never been the media budget, it is that nobody can shoot at that rate.
Can you match our brand guidelines?
Yes, and it is the easy part: every cut starts from your own product photography, so the packaging, the colour and the logo are already right. What we set is the framing, the pace and the on-screen text.
