Destination / TikTok
You do not need a
TikTok strategy. You need
forty assets and a month.
Nobody’s first twenty TikToks work. The format is a search problem, and the only way to search is volume. That is the one thing a catalogue-driven studio can supply and a shoot cannot.
Straight off the pass. Both cuts started as a product photograph.
Cooked for

The account that wins on TikTok is the one that can keep posting after the first twenty attempts fail. That is not a creative problem, it is a supply problem: you cannot find the hook that works without producing enough hooks to test, and no brand can shoot at that rate. Ogamama produces vertical product video in volume from the photography already in your catalogue, several distinct hooks per SKU, so the search can actually run.
01 / What ships
Hooks in volume
Five to eight distinct openings per SKU. Different first three seconds, same product, same brand, so you are testing the hook and not the lighting.
TikTok Shop video
Cuts made for the in-feed placement rather than the shop tab, which is where the revenue actually is.
Creator-style and product-led
Both registers from the same catalogue, because the two behave differently by category and you should not have to guess in advance.
Spark-ready
Files clean of watermarks and platform furniture, so they can be pushed as paid without being reshot.
02 / Why it moves the number
50%
Half of TikTok Shop revenue in the United States comes through in-feed video, ahead of the shop tab and ahead of live selling. US GMV grew 68% in 2025.
Momentum Works and Tabcut, February 20265%
Of creatives ever become winners, and they absorb 55% of the spend. The account that produces twenty variations beats the account that produces one good one.
Motion, 578,750 creatives, $1.29bnThis is the destination where volume is not a nice-to-have. On a product page one strong film is enough. On TikTok, one film is a coin toss you only get to flip once.
03 / The bottleneck
Creative is the last lever.
And you cannot feed it.
Targeting was taken away. What decides an account now is how many distinct assets you can put into the auction, and that number is capped by production, not by budget.
04 / The proof
One photograph in.
A year of creative out.
The same single file produces a demo, a testimonial, a turntable, a seasonal re-cut and eleven localised variants. Different films, one SKU, one brand.
In / one product photograph
Out / four seasons, same SKU

Day 0Scripts and concepts, in writing
Hooks, formats and angles per SKU. You approve before anything renders.
Day 1-2Production, then human QA
Every cut is reviewed for brand accuracy, label fidelity and platform compliance before it reaches you.
Day 3-5Delivery in every ratio, then iteration
9:16, 1:1, 16:9, with captions and localised text. We re-cut monthly against what your data says worked.
Day 5, then monthly07 / Questions
Is AI-produced video allowed on TikTok?
Yes. TikTok permits synthetically produced advertising creative and applies its own automated labelling in some contexts. It does not prohibit the format and does not penalise it in the auction. See the Journal page on disclosure for what has to be declared and where.
Should this go on our own account or straight to paid?
Both, and the honest answer is that paid tells you faster. An organic account takes months to give you a readable signal. Spark and in-feed paid give you a click-through rate in days, and the winners can then carry the organic account.
Do you write the hooks?
Yes. A hook is a written thing before it is a filmed thing, and it is the part that decides whether the rest of the film is ever seen. You approve them before anything is produced.
What if our category is boring?
Categories are not boring, photographs are. Cable, filter, storage box, supplement powder: the thing that makes them work on TikTok is showing scale, mechanism and use, which is exactly what a still image cannot do and video does at no extra cost.
