These terms summarise how we sell production. They are a plain-language summary, not the signed contract, which is issued per engagement.
What is being sold
Finished video files produced from material you supply, in the formats and volumes stated on the order. We are a production supplier; we do not buy media and we do not manage advertising accounts.
Your material and your claims
You confirm you hold the rights to the photography, brand assets and product claims you send us, and that any performance, health or regulatory claim in an approved script is one you are entitled to make. We write scripts from claims you supply or approve; we do not create new ones.
Approval and revisions
Scripts are approved by you in writing before production. Batch one includes up to three revision rounds, requested within 14 days of delivery. If, after that cycle, you reject every cut in batch one in writing within 10 business days, you do not pay for that batch.
Delivery
First finished cuts are delivered within five business days of receipt of usable photography and approved scripts. Subsequent batches run on the calendar agreed at the start of the engagement.
Platform compliance
Assets are encoded to the platform specifications published at the time of production. If an asset we delivered is rejected by a platform on a technical specification, we re-encode it at our cost, once, within 30 days of delivery. Rejections based on the advertising claim itself are outside this undertaking; we will rewrite the script once at no charge.
Rights
On payment, the finished films and their masters transfer to you with no usage window, renewal or per-platform licence. Project source files and production methods remain with the studio.
Synthetic content
Our production uses generative video systems. Performers appearing in the work are synthetic and do not depict identifiable living people. Disclosure obligations in your market - including the EU AI Act transparency rules and FTC endorsement guidance in the United States - are your responsibility as the advertiser; we deliver assets with platform AI-disclosure flags set and will support any labelling you require.

Month to month. No minimum term and no notice period on the production line plan.
