What we collect
Through the contact form: your work email address, a product or company URL, whether you are a brand, agency or seller, and any message you choose to write. Nothing else. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
Why, and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to produce the free sample you asked for. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Who else sees it
Form submissions are processed by our form provider and stored in our email system. Both may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the period required by accounting law.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email us and we will action it within one month. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority; in France, the CNIL.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party trackers. Web fonts are self-hosted, so no font service receives your IP address.
