Every listing is
photographed.
Almost none move.

A property listing already carries twenty professional photographs and a floor plan. What it does not carry is the thirty seconds of motion that portals now surface first, that paid social needs to stop a thumb, and that a panel in the street can show on a loop.

Straight off the pass. Both cuts started as a product photograph.

Cooked for

Rich media on a listing is measurable, and the measurement is public. Zillow reports that listings with its immersive media sell for about 2 percent more, are 20 percent more likely to secure an accepted offer within two weeks, and collect 75 percent more page views than comparable listings. The obstacle has never been the evidence. It is that filming every property is not a business anyone can staff. Ogamama produces the listing cut from the photography and the plan a property already has, at a cost that works per listing rather than per shoot.

What ships

01

The listing cut

A portal ready film built from the existing photographs and floor plan, with room names, surface areas and the key numbers on screen.

02

Paid social versions

Vertical cuts with several distinct openings, so a development can stay in the feed for a quarter without one film wearing out.

03

Panel and window loops

Silent, high contrast, readable in three seconds, for the agency window and for the digital panels around the neighbourhood.

04

Development and off plan

The same treatment applied to renders and plans, so a project can be marketed before there is anything to photograph.

Why it moves the number

+2%

Sale price on listings carrying immersive media, which were also 20 percent more likely to secure an accepted offer within fourteen days.

+75%

Page views on those same listings, with 68 percent more saves and 75 percent more shares.

This is a newer vertical for us than grocery or homeware, and we would rather say so than invent a reference. The production line is the same one, the specifications are published, and the first listing is judged on the cut rather than on a case study.

Questions

Do you have property references to show?

Not yet in this vertical, and we will not dress up work from another category as one. What we can show is the production standard on catalogues of comparable scale, and produce a first listing so the work is judged directly.

What do you need from an agency to start?

The photographs already on the listing, the floor plan, and the numbers you want on screen. No visit, no drone, no scheduling.

Does this work for a development rather than a single listing?

Better, in fact. A development has renders, plans and a long marketing window, which is exactly the situation where several distinct cuts from one origin file beats one expensive film.

Start here

Judge the work, not the deck.

Most studios answer a brief with a deck and a rate card. We answer it with the film. Tell us what you sell and where you run ads, and the first thing you receive is a finished cut of your own product.

  • One SKU, one finished cut, back within two business days, at no cost.
  • A written production plan: formats, volumes, markets, timeline.
  • No retainer, no lock-in, month to month.

No call required to see the work. The full service log is right here.
