Industry / Supplements

Nobody buys a
supplement from
a photograph of a jar.

Supplements are sold on format, dose and routine: what it looks like, how much of it, when you take it. A pack shot answers none of those, which is why the category converts on video and stalls on stills.

Straight off the pass. Both cuts started as a product photograph.

Cooked for

The supplement buyer is comparing formats before they compare brands. Gummy or capsule, powder or drops, thirty days or ninety, morning or evening. Those questions are answered in three seconds of motion and not at all by a jar on white. Ogamama produces the format and routine cuts per SKU, from the packaging photography you already own, in the variation count that paid social and marketplace listings both require.

What ships

01

Format made obvious

The gummy, the capsule, the scoop, at the scale it actually is, so the listing stops answering size questions in the reviews.

02

Dose and routine

Count, frequency and moment of day as burned on screen text, legible muted, in the first three seconds.

03

Marketplace ready

Encoded to Amazon listing specification, plus the A plus and Sponsored Brands cuts, which are not the same asset.

04

Compliance kept separate

Claims and disclaimers on their own layer, swapped per market without re-rendering the film.

Why it moves the number

17.7x

More clicks for video than for a static image on a product detail page, measured across fifteen countries.

Amazon Science, Journal of Marketing Analytics, 2023

-45%

Conversion likelihood by the fourth repeat exposure to the same creative, which is why one film per SKU is not enough on paid social.

Analytics at Meta, 2023

This is a category where the objection is almost always practical rather than emotional. Practical objections are answered by showing the thing, which is the cheapest video there is to produce and the one most brands still do not have.

Questions

Is regulated health wording a problem for you?

No, because we do not write it. You supply the approved claim set, we place it legibly and keep it on a separate layer so it can be changed per market without a new render.

We sell the same formula in several formats. Is each one a separate video?

Yes, and it should be. Format is the buying decision in this category, so a capsule and a gummy of the same formula are two different arguments. They share an origin file, which is what keeps the second one cheap.

Can you cover a catalogue rather than the hero SKU?

That is the model. Coverage is priced per SKU on a batch, and the marginal cost of the twentieth video is nothing like the cost of the first.

Start here

Judge the work, not the deck.

Most studios answer a brief with a deck and a rate card. We answer it with the film. Tell us what you sell and where you run ads, and the first thing you receive is a finished cut of your own product.

  • One SKU, one finished cut, back within two business days, at no cost.
  • A written production plan: formats, volumes, markets, timeline.
  • No retainer, no lock-in, month to month.

No call required to see the work. The full service log is right here.
