Channel / Meta
On Meta the account
with more distinct assets
wins.
Frequency is the tax on a small audience. The same creative shown a fourth time converts materially worse than the first, and retargeting pools are where that decay is steepest. The answer is not a better film, it is more of them.
Straight off the pass. Both cuts started as a product photograph.
Cooked for

Creative fatigue on Meta is a supply problem, not a quality problem. Conversion likelihood decays from the first repeat exposure, and by the fourth it has fallen by around 45 percent. An account that can put five distinct films into the auction each month does not experience that decay the way an account with one film does. Ogamama produces those variations from product photography already in your catalogue, so variation count stops being a function of production budget.
What ships
Distinct openings, not recuts
Five to eight different first three seconds per SKU. Same product, same brand, different argument, so you are testing the hook and not the grade.
Every placement from one source
9:16 for Reels and Stories, 1:1 and 4:5 for feed, all cut from the same origin file so the product reads identically across placements.
Muted legibility
Burned captions and on-screen text sized for a phone held at arm's length, because most feed video is watched with the sound off.
Monthly re-cut against your data
You tell us which openings survived the month. We produce the next batch around them rather than starting over.
Why it moves the number
-45%
Conversion likelihood by the fourth repeat exposure to the same creative, decaying from the first repeat with no warm-up phase.

Questions
Is synthetically produced creative allowed on Meta?
Yes. Meta permits it and applies its own AI-content labelling in the feed. It is neither prohibited nor penalised in the auction. What is penalised, as always, is creative nobody watches.
How many variations does an account actually need?
A reasonable floor is three to five distinct films per hero SKU per month, more when you are scaling spend or running several markets. Most accounts run far fewer, not because the media budget is short but because production cannot keep up.
Do you manage the buying?
No. We produce the creative and hand over the files. You or your agency run the account. A studio that also buys the media has an incentive problem when the creative underperforms.

Judge the work, not the deck.
Most studios answer a brief with a deck and a rate card. We answer it with the film. Tell us what you sell and where you run ads, and the first thing you receive is a finished cut of your own product.
